"Creature - Human Townsfolk". Nowadays, creature type needs to specify species and commonly specifies (to a degree) the creature's occupation. "Townsfolk" is the preferred creature type for utter non-combatants, appearing a little before Kamigawa.
Abilities:
"This spell can only be cast during your second main phase.
At the beginning of your combat phase, transform Trick or Treater unless an opponent pays 2."
Otherwise, this card becomes a manna sink in any multiplayer game.
Finally, I would believe that the Demon's exiler ability should be replaced with "When Demon of Greed deals combat damage to a player, remove all combat damage from it and transform it at the end of combat." That lets you have it as a blocker forever, yet shifts it into a human as soon as it has done it's 'trick'.
So I think it's a nice card now, but it was definitely broken pre-edit.
if you gave the demon side a draw back. like when it attacks, you have to sac a permanent. then it would be balanced. but right now it better then a goyf.
