my only comment on this would have to be his casting cost and his first ability.
4cc for a creature that pumps out thopters for as long as he has mana seems kind of overpowered considering there are lots of ways to generate an almost endless stream of mana nowadays. i agree with ~ShdwStalker, i think it should have been at least 2cc for his first ability.
however, the second ability is very fitting for him though... a creature that can generate a massive artifact construct screams Urza!
Artifact spells you cast cost 2 less.
Otherwise you can leave it as is, as the wording on that is fine. The second effect produces thopters right? What good are thopters if they don't fly? So, since you chose the thopter creature type I assume you inteneded them to have flying. If this is the case change to:
1: Put a 0/2 Thopter artifact creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
The third ability is fine, I have no problems with that. The only issue I have is the Thopter creation costing only 1. If you added a tap I wouldn't care if it was 0, but 0/2 with flying for 1 is a bit much, maybe 2 instead? Then again if you made Urza cost more, like 6 or 7 or something, then that would balance out his effect only costing one. Well whatever you decide, confirm for me how the the first 2 effects were intended to function, if you don't mind. Tis just a thought.
*facepalm* forgot flying.
Ornithopter cost nothing and, that is what i was thinking. He is a master it wouldn't be difficult for him to create.
